Did you know that we have tiny little organisms living in our gut?

In fact scientists estimate that we have approximately 100 TRILLION bacteria and viruses living inside us. This means you have more foreign cells in your body, compared to human cells.

Why should you care? 

Well, it turns out that we hugely depend on these tiny organisms to stay alive: our micro-biome protects us against germs, it breaks down food to release energy, and produces vitamins. BUT ONLY WHEN FUNCTIONING WELL.

In the next two episodes we make an attempt to clarify for you how the human microbiome links directly to our health and wellbeing. Learn how to look after the “good guys”, and eliminate the “bad ones”!?
