Sherezade has specialised in treating people with cardiovascular disease, and stress and anxiety. She is an arrhythmia specialised based at Imperial College London as well as a Yoga therapist for people with heart disease. She is also a registered Cardiac Research Nurse and a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in arrhythmias with extensive knowledge in clinical practice. Sherezade works closely with high standard medical practitioners and organisations such as The British Heart Foundation (BHF) and Arrhythmia Alliance. She  also runs an arrhythmia clinic at a community centre.

In this episode we talk about the amazing work Sherezade is involved with regarding cardiovascular disease, stress and anxiety and ways to deal with those from a modern medical point of view, but also from an alternative approach!
